Albania’s Electric-Bus Tender Creates Opportunities for Technical Training

On 22 October, Albania’s Development Fund opened a tender estimated at approximately €10 million (US$11.6 million) for electric buses and supporting infrastructure. The project includes 23 vehicles and may create demand for technical training and fleet-management skills, although the tender is not an education contract and the final award value has not yet been confirmed.
