Albania’s Electric-Bus Programme Creates Potential Demand for Technical Training

Albania’s Development Fund opened a tender on 22 October estimated at approximately €10 million (US$11.6 million) for 23 electric and hybrid buses and supporting infrastructure. The programme may create downstream demand for driver instruction, fleet maintenance and technical training, but no separate HR or training contract value was disclosed.
